Provide fundamental living skills and medical treatment to adults with serious mental illness or complex medical needs. Assess and document patient vital signs and assist with intake and discharge procedures under RN supervision.
Requires a valid New Hampshire Nursing Assistant License (LNA) and a High School Diploma. BLS certification and two years of experience in a clinical or primary care setting are preferred.

NFI North is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA’s) for our Community Residence Program (CRP) in Nashua NH. This new program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.
Provide fundamental living skills to participants, to include medical treatment under the NH LNA scope of practice. Assess and document patient vital signs including height and weight and reports all abnormal findings to the RN and/or provider. Assist with patient intake and discharge procedures as directed by the RN or Medical Provider.
Meet all regulatory compliance requirements for LNA, performing clinical nursing procedures and functions within the New Hampshire (NH) LNA Scope of Practice. High School Diploma and valid NH Nursing Assistant License (LNA) and current BLS certificate preferred. Two years ‘experience in clinical setting and primary care/ambulatory setting preferred.
