The Treatment Nurse is responsible for performing wound assessments, dressing changes, and specialized skin treatments for residents. They must monitor healing progress, communicate care plans to physicians and families, and educate staff on prevention protocols.
Candidates must hold an active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state. Experience in wound care and treatment procedures is preferred, along with strong assessment and communication skills.
