How you’ll contribute
Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology and current licensure with the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology in Tennessee. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 60 days of hire.
