Provide direct compassionate care and symptom management to hospice patients while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting admissions, generating care plans, and documenting all interventions in electronic medical records.
Requires a valid NYS Registered Nurse license and at least two years of clinical experience, including one year in Med-Surg. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a commitment to obtain CHPN certification within three years.

We are growing and have multiple openings available for full-time Hospice Nurses to join our team in both Rockland and Orange Counties.
The salary is $80k - $100k annually, commensurate with education, applicable experience, licensing and certifications.
