Location

The LPN/Charge Nurse is responsible for administering medications, treatments, and collecting laboratory specimens for residents. They also coordinate with physicians and assist in developing and revising resident service plans.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a current professional LPN/LVN license and CPR certification. Effective English communication skills and adherence to state health requirements are also mandatory.
