The salary range for this position is $120,000-$140,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Must be a graduate of an approved NP/PA program with a valid Indiana license and board certification (NCCPA or AANP). BLS and ACLS certifications are required, while X-Ray Tech licensure is preferred.
