The Medication Aide is responsible for administering prescribed medications and treatments to residents while documenting effects and communicating concerns to the Wellness Director. Additionally, they support residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and physical health.
Candidates must complete state-mandated medication assistance training and maintain up-to-date certification. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with current CPR certification.
Prior direct care experience preferred. High school diploma or GED. Current CPR certification preferred. Meets age requirements according to facility policy and state regulations.
