Qualifications

Active Connecticut LPN license Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of pediatric nursing experience in home care or acute preferred Tracheostomy experience Eligible to work in the United States Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pre-Employment Requirements Physical exam completed within the past 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the past year, or chest X-ray completed within the past 5 years
