The Clinical Ambulatory Services Pharmacist ensures safe medication management for outpatients by reviewing prescriptions for interactions and correct dosing. They collaborate with providers to optimize pharmaceutical care and educate patients to enhance recovery outcomes.
Candidates must have a degree from an accredited pharmacy school and an active Washington State Pharmacist License. A Pharm.D. with a PGY2 residency or equivalent ambulatory care practice experience is preferred.
