The role involves performing a variety of technical and general duties within the Pathology department, requiring a basic level of skills and knowledge in the field. This is a full-time position scheduled for day shifts, Monday through Friday.
Candidates must possess a minimum of an Associate's Degree, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred, and must complete student clinical rotations or have one year of on-the-job histology experience, along with a background in medical technology or a related science. Certification as an ASCP Histotechnologist or Histotechnician is required within one year of hire.
