Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

Schedule

• Full-time, three 12-hour shifts and are set upon hiring; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
• Compensation: $32/HR - $42/HR. Pay rate is dependent upon dialysis experience. $10K sign-on bonus ($12K with dialysis experience).

Responsibilities

What You Can Expect: Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies, and ensure quality standards are met Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures Ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with the physician and families Administer and chart all prescribed medications Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations Participate in patient care conferences, rounds, and chart reviews Document required patient education efforts Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals Assist in medication inventory maintenance Lead a small patient care team Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed Additional tasks as requested
