Executive Home Care of Augusta is a trusted, locally owned, veteran-operated home care agency dedicated to delivering concierge-level, compassionate care to seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout the Augusta area. We are currently seeking experienced, caring Personal Care Aides to join our growing team.

Job Summary

As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential personal care and companionship services to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need daily support to maintain their independence.

• Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Assist with medication reminders
• Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
• Escort clients to medical appointments and errands
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to a supervisor
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), or Caregiver preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• CPR/First Aid certification required
