About the role

The Monitor Technician is responsible for observing cardiac monitors and identifying rhythm changes. They must report these changes to the nursing staff for further investigation.

The Monitor Technician functions under the direction of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner or MD. The Monitor Tech is responsible for cardiac monitor observation and reporting of cardiac rhythm changes to the nursing staff for further investigation when indicated. Previous Medical Experience Required

Requirements

Previous medical experience is required for this position. The candidate must be able to function under the direction of nursing and medical staff.
