Salary Range

$50,000 to $54,000 annually, based on experience Company vehicle Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k with match) Flexible scheduling Support from a collaborative, compassionate team Your Impact: Provide direct nursing care and procedures to hospice patients. Follow individualized care plans under RN supervision. Document all nursing services provided. Offer education, comfort, and support to patients and caregivers at the end of life. What We’re Looking For: Current Missouri LPN license, in good standing At least 1 year of LPN experience in the last 3 years (hospice experience preferred) Strong organizational, time management, and documentation skills Schedule: Full-time, 7 days on / 7 days off Monday–Friday: 5:00 PM – 8:00 AM Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
