Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients Assist with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes) Help with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environment Prepare nutritious meals tailored to client needs Offer transportation to appointments or outings Provide medication reminders to support health management

Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (based on experience, CNA, or Dementia Certification) Minimum $27.50 per shift Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour Raises after 60 days + annual reviews Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week + required documents completed) Mileage reimbursement between client visits CNA School Program opportunity PPE provided 401(k) with matching Ongoing training + 24/7 on‑call support Holiday pay (time and a half) PTO program (for full‑time employees) Supplemental wellness program (dental, vision, mental health options available)

Qualifications
