The Rehabilitation Technician will be responsible for physically moving and repositioning patients in various hospital areas and preparing patients for prescribed treatments while assisting professional staff. This role also involves maintaining treatment areas and equipment, managing therapy supply inventory, and performing routine clerical tasks for the Therapy Department.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma and CPR/BCLS Certification, with 6 to 12 months of relevant experience in a rehabilitation setting strongly recommended, though on-the-job training is available. Excellent oral, written communication, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

How you’ll contribute Ability to Transport, lift, transfer, move and reposition patients in the patient room, Therapy Gym and other common areas of the hospital. Prepares patient for prescribed treatment and assists professional staff with patient treatment. Prepares, cleans and maintains treatment areas and equipment. Procures and keeps an accurate inventory of all therapy supplies. Performs routine clerical tasks for Therapy Department.
