Performs various Cath Lab tasks and functions in the position of scrub technician, on-call member, and Code 4 member. The role requires effective communication, especially in emergency situations.
Candidates must be graduates of a recognized radiologic technology program and certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. They must also maintain BCLS and ACLS certifications and successfully complete a cardiology arrhythmia recognition test.

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of a recognized, approved American Medical Association Council of Education program in radiologic technology. Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Maintain BCLS & ACLS certification Successfully complete and pass Cardiology arrhythmia recognition test. LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation.
