Responsibilities

Monitor clients throughout the night and respond promptly to needs or emergencies. Assist with personal care needs as necessary during overnight hours. Provide companionship and reassurance to alleviate fear or anxiety. Maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Document care provided and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisory staff.
