Provides physical therapy services at an entry to intermediate level to individual patients. Works collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to implement therapy principles and practices.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and graduation from an accredited physical therapy program. Must hold a Physical Therapist license and Basic Life Support certification upon hire.
Full time (80 hours biweekly)
Monday - Friday Day/Evening
