Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Onsite Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our growing healthcare team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients across various settings, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric disorders. Your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing their overall well-being.
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients in regular out patient clinic Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Incorporate brief psychotherapy into regular psychiatric appointments. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment. Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies. Document patient interactions accurately in medical records.
Skills Minimum 2 yrs experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric Physician Assistant required. Experience in medical office settings with a strong understanding of patient care protocols. Experience working in outpatient settings, providing flexible care tailored to individual needs.
