Prepare patients for examinations by recording vitals and history while maintaining sterilized medical equipment and treatment rooms. Perform clinical tasks including injections, phlebotomy, and laboratory specimen collection while documenting care in electronic medical records.
A high school diploma and current BLS certification are required. A Medical Assistant certification (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, or AMCA) and at least one year of relevant experience are preferred.

Benefits of working with our company include: Competitive compensation Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with employer match Healthcare benefits including health (with FREE care at Community Care Partners), dental, vision, life, and disability Annual salary increases on your anniversary date Pay advances through Dayforce Wallet Annual credit for branded work apparel GreatWork Perks with discounts on travel, entertainment, and more Key Responsibilities: Prepare patients for examination, records vital signs and history, and provides treatment as applicable Prepares exam/treatment rooms; select, setup, sterilize, and maintain medical supplies and equipment for procedures Prepare and administer injections, change dressings, and facilitate wound management under providers orders Collect blood, tissue, and other laboratory specimens through routine in-house testing procedures, and analyze and prepare for testing, log results, and perform lab call-backs Document basic patient care and procedures, utilizing appropriate forms and electronic medical records Schedule patients for tests, initial, and follow-up appointments if applicable in care setting Instructs patients and family regarding treatment and medication instructions Collaborate, take direction, and initiate actions that will allow the assumption of cross-functional team actions to ensure seamless patient care Phlebotomy Perform opening/closing clinic duties and patient call backs Perform other duties as assigned
Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required. Certificate/License: Current Certification as a Medical Assistant through one of the following programs is preferred (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, AMCA). Current BLS certification is required.
