Direct Support Professional

• Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Multiple Locations Across PA Are you ready to do meaningful work, make a difference, and be part of a team that actually cares?
• We're looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across Pennsylvania to join us in supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living full, connected lives in their homes and communities.
• We have openings in multiple counties and settings - some in homes, some out in the community.
• Some positions require the use of your own vehicle (don't worry, we reimburse mileage).
• If you're driving, you'll need: A reliable vehicle Valid driver's license Up-to-date insurance, registration, and inspection What You Might Be Doing: In-Home and Community Supports (IHCS): Helping folks build skills and do the things they care about inside the home and out in the world.
• Companion Services: Providing supervision and a steady presence for people who benefit from support with safety and engagement.
• Community Participation Supports (CPS): Connecting people with their communities through volunteering, recreation, and experiences that matter to them.
• Who We're Looking For: We love experienced DSPs who already know the ropes-and we love training new people who are curious, compassionate, and coachable.
