What you’ll do

As a CNA at Lutheran Life Villages, you'll provide hands-on, personal care to residents under the guidance of licensed nursing staff. Your care, attentiveness, and support will help residents maintain their health, independence, and dignity. Responsibilities include:

• Provide Personal Care
• Assist with bathing (bed, tub, shower), grooming, oral hygiene, skin care, and hair/nail maintenance.
• Support toileting needs, including incontinence care, perineal care, and emptying drainage bags.

• Support Nutrition & Hydration
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Monitor and record food and fluid intake/output.
• Ensure residents have access to fresh water regularly.

• Promote Comfort and Cleanliness
• Change bed linens and maintain clean, organized resident spaces.
• Assist with dressing and undressing.
• Perform range of motion exercises and help residents ambulate or use mobility devices.

• Monitor and Report on Resident Conditions
