The Physical Therapist is responsible for developing and implementing personalized, evidence-based care plans to restore patient motion and mobility. They will monitor progress, document care services, and collaborate with other health professionals to maximize the quality of life for residents.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited physical therapy curriculum and hold a valid license from the Board of Physical Therapy in the state of practice. Professional behavior and strong interpersonal communication skills are also required.
Identify and meet patients' goals and needs. EDUCATION AND TRAINING Physical therapists must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum.
