Responsibilities

We welcome both experienced hygienists and recent graduates who are passionate about patient care and eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate is friendly, team-oriented, and committed to providing a positive patient experience. A willingness to learn and embrace modern technology is important, as our practice utilizes AI-assisted imaging and periodontal charting assistance, intraoral scanning, Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), and ultrasonic instrumentation to support excellent clinical outcomes. Requirements

Active Virginia Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license New graduates and experienced hygienists are encouraged to apply Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team Interest in learning and utilizing advanced dental technologies Ability to perform comprehensive periodontal assessments and preventive care services Commitment to maintaining accurate clinical documentation and treatment records Dependable, professional, and organized Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
