We are hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time outpatient orthopedic role in Lee’s Summit, MO. This position offers the opportunity to work with a broad patient population, primarily treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in a modern clinic environment. The role is well-suited for a Physical Therapist who values clinical quality, clear treatment planning, and steady collaboration with other providers. You will work with patients ranging from 11 to 90 years old, helping them improve mobility, strength, function, balance, movement tolerance, and overall recovery. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and experienced Physical Therapists will be considered for higher compensation based on years of experience. Compensation New Graduate Physical Therapist: $65,000–$70,000 per year Experienced Physical Therapist: $80,000–$90,000 per year, based on years of experience Position Highlights Full-time Physical Therapist position Competitive salary based on experience New graduates are encouraged to apply Collaborative and supportive clinical team Modern outpatient orthopedic setting Opportunity for professional growth and development Primary caseload focused on orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions Preferred Work Schedule Options The clinic offers flexibility and would strongly prefer one of the following schedules: Option 1: Four 10-Hour Days Preferred Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Tuesday off each week Option 2: Monday–Friday Schedule Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Clinic Information Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day Clinic Volume: Approximately 160–190 patient visits per week Clinical Team: 2 Physical Therapists and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants EMR System: WebPT Patient Age Range: 11 to 90 years old Primary Caseload: Orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions

Responsibilities

Complete physical therapy evaluations and reassessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based physical therapy interventions Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, gait training, balance activities, and functional rehabilitation Educate patients on home exercise programs, safe movement, and activity modification Monitor progress and adjust plans of care when appropriate Complete accurate documentation in WebPT Collaborate with PTAs, fellow PTs, referral sources, and other providers as needed Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program Active Missouri Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one New graduates are welcome to apply Outpatient orthopedic experience is helpful, but not required Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills Ability to work professionally with patients across a wide age range Insurance Plans Accepted The clinic serves patients covered by: Blue Cross Blue Shield UnitedHealthcare Medicare TRICARE Humana Aetna Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO 8 Paid US Holidays CEU Allowance Sign-On Bonus Available Advance your Physical Therapy career in a clinic where patient care, clinical teamwork, and professional development are part of the daily environment.
