Now Hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW) – Pathlight Community Services – Ypsilanti & Ann Arbor Locations

We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Ypsilanti and Ann Arbor locations.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.13/hour, with an increase to $17.33/hour after completing training.

Position Availability

• Several part-time positions available for ALL shifts (8a-4p), (4p-12a), (12a-8a).

Key Responsibilities

Provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting.
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and dining support.
Administer medications as prescribed.
Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
Valid Driver’s License or State ID.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
