A Clinical Pharmacist contributes to AHF by expanding primary care functions of pharmacists such as providing individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of vaccines, long acting HIV treatments, diabetes monitoring, nicotine reduction programs and other subject matters, in collaboration with other AHF Providers.
A Clinical Pharmacist enhances the reputation of AHF by providing valuable contributions to all locations by helping to bring best practice and collaborative ideas, as well as providing consistent application of processes, procedures and policy throughout the organization.

The Clinicala Pharmacist will work as a part of a close-knit team to provide individualized health promotion and disease prevention, including administration of immunizations, diabtes and smoking cessations programs, as well as other Subject Matter Expertise (SME) programs as developed by AHF, with appropriate collaborative drug therapy management authority.
