The Pharmacist is responsible for the accurate dispensing of medications and maintenance of records within an outpatient opioid treatment program. They provide expertise on safe medication use, counsel patients on side effects, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
A Doctorate degree in pharmacy and a current Georgia Pharmacist License are required. Candidates should have knowledge of MAT, regulatory compliance (DEA, HIPAA), and a clean history regarding substance misuse.
