Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology and a current Florida license as an LCSW or LMHC. Candidates must have experience in community health or primary care and hold a current BLS/CPR certification.

Provide high-quality individual, family, and group psychotherapy for individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Coordinate behavioral health care within Brevard Health Alliance (BHA). Deliver evidence-based mental health services, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team in the FQHC, participate in care coordination, and support integrated primary care goals.
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited program.
