Provide comprehensive dental health care including examinations, diagnosis, and treatments such as root canals and extractions. Supervise dental staff and maintain detailed patient records in the EHR system while adhering to clinic goals.
Must hold a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited dental school and be currently licensed to practice dentistry in Missouri. Requires a valid driver's license and knowledge of HIPAA and 340B regulations.
Consistent with COMC’s goals and objectives as defined by the Board of Directors. Provide comprehensive dental health care to all patients within the limitations of the Clinic’s space, equipment, and support personnel.
Requirements: Must be currently licensed in Missouri to practice dentistry. Education and/or experience: Must have received a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited dental school. Language Skills: Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information to the Dental Director/CEO. Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with accounting concepts. Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent customer service skills. DEPENDABILITY & RELIABILITY: Performs all duties and assignments with or without supervision. COMMUNICATION SKILLS: Expresses ideas, information, and instruction in a positive and effective manner. TEAMWORK & COOPERATION: Works cooperatively with coworkers and supervisor. Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This includes moderate physical effort consisting of occasionally lifting or moving over 35 pounds of weight. Travel Requirement: To fulfill the responsibility of the position travel to all COMC locations may be required. Employee must have valid Missouri driver’s license and availability of a motor vehicle.
