The LPN provides basic therapeutic nursing care to participants and caregivers under the supervision of an RN. They are responsible for developing and implementing homecare services for program participants.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program and hold a valid Louisiana LPN license and BLS certification. At least one year of experience working as an LPN with the frail elderly population is required.
