Practice\nEstablished in 2002, the Cat Clinic of Iowa City remains Iowa City’s sole feline-exclusive full-service veterinary clinic.\nThis modern facility with a staff of experienced feline health professionals provides a veterinary haven to all cats, both the healthy and the healing and clients appreciate the positive difference in behavior that our warm and quiet atmosphere inspires in their cats.\nWe’re thrilled to announce that our veterinary clinic in Iowa City has been recognized as the best in town. A sincere thank you extends to all our patrons for your steadfast support!\nPosition Purpose\nCome extern with us!Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice. \nExternships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.\nLength of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.\nRequirements/Qualifications\nEligibility\nMust be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School\nMust be able to provide student PLIT
