APP Spine, Pain Management & Neurology NP/PA Opportunity in Daytona Beach, Florida

Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing spine, pain management, and neurology practice in Daytona Beach, Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join a collaborative, patient-centered team focused on spine care, chronic pain management, interventional pain, and neurological conditions. The incoming provider will work closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical staff to deliver comprehensive patient care in an outpatient specialty setting.

Requirements

• Evaluate patients with spine, pain, and neurological conditions
• Complete patient histories, physical examinations, and clinical assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, condition management, and prevention
• Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care accurately in the electronic health record
• Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
• Perform or assist with procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and pain management interventions depending on training, experience, and practice needs
