• Experience & Key Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures and treatments.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
• Take dental radiographs and assist with patient records and documentation.
• Provide a positive, comforting experience for children and their families.
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain cleanliness of operatories.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification as required by state. Previous dental assisting experience preferred (pediatric experience a plus). Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and infection control standards. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with children and families. Positive attitude with a strong team-oriented mindset.
