Implements and evaluates clinical pharmacy services while coordinating Medication Usage Evaluations and collaborating with medical staff. Ensures the safe and effective use of medications through policy development and staff education.
Requires a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a current Connecticut Pharmacist license, and 1-3 years of technical experience. PGY2 residency training in oncology is preferred.
Implements, coordinates, and evaluates all clinical Pharmacy services. Assists and directs Medication Usage Evaluations, collaborates with the medical staff, and establishes criteria for the safe, effective and appropriate use of medication.
