Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for patients in the ICU and 3 West units. Ensure safe and effective drug therapy within the hospital setting.
Must hold a valid pharmacist license in West Virginia or Pennsylvania and obtain BLS certification. A PharmD and residency training with three years of experience are preferred.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE: 1. Must possess current license as required by state board where services will be provided: WV: Pharmacist license through the West Virginia State Board of Pharmacy PA: Pharmacist license through the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy 2. Obtain certification in Basic Life Support within 60 days of hire date. 3. State criminal background check and Federal (if applicable), as required for regulated areas.
