Job Summary Certified Surgical Technologist 36- hour rotating eligible $10,000 sign on bonus On-call requirements Magnet Designated with Distinction – 1 of only 2 hospitals in the state of Massachusetts with this honor! First in Massachusetts to use Black Box technology 16 ORs 1,000 cases a month Function as a scrub person during operative and other invasive procedures by Participate in ongoing educational and competency activities Precept staff to the surgical technician job duties, including surgical technicians, nurses and students Competitive compensation Flexible schedules Medical, dental, vision benefits Generous PTO package Tuition reimbursement Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required.
