Balance Within is a PT-owned, cash-based practice that has been serving Lake Country for more than 10 years. After experiencing the limitations of traditional insurance-based care, Drs. Sarah and Jereme Trunk founded Balance Within in 2015 with a simple vision: create a practice where therapists could thrive professionally while providing patients the time, attention, and individualized care they truly deserve.

Have “great hands” and enjoy incorporating manual therapies as a regular part of your practice (John Barnes Myofascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, IPA and other Manual Therapy Courses are encouraged however not required)
Take ownership of your caseload and patient experience while exercising sound clinical judgment and professional accountability to provide exceptional care.
Are interested in orthopedics, women's/pelvic health, TMD/TMJ, manual therapy, chronic pain, wellness & prevention, or development of other specialties.
