The LPN provides professional care to patients and families by collecting data and implementing care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Key duties include administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure effective outcomes.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited LPN program and hold a current Connecticut LPN license. A CPR certification and at least one year of experience in medical/surgical or long-term care settings are preferred.
