Requires a Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology and an active South Carolina SLP license. Experience in skilled nursing or rehab settings and familiarity with PCC or Casamba is preferred.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. You will collaborate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Provide therapy for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and care team Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning Conduct staff in-service training and education Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active, unencumbered SLP license in South Carolina (required) Must meet all state and federal requirements for SLP practice Must maintain continuing education and good standing with the State Board Experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) and Casamba preferred Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
