Surgical Tech - CVOR - Full Time - Days

Schedule: 6:45am to 5:15pm, 4 shifts per week with rotating call

Job Requirements Education Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program required or Graduation/Completion of an Official U.S. Military Training Program in Surgical Technology required or 5 plus year experience scrubbing surgical procedures in a hospital setting required. Experience One to 5 + year of operating room experience preferred. NMH Surgery Main - 2 years of OR experience for weekend positions required. License/Certifications Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required within 45 days of hire. Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification preferred. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities Ability to perform mathematical computations. Ability to follow all clinical direction efficiently and with precision. Physical Requirements Weight Demands Medium Work - Exerting up to 50 pounds of force.
