This position offers a consistent 3-day per week schedule with 12-hour shifts, allowing for improved work-life balance while making a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

You’ll Do:
Provide nursing assessments, oversight, and resident-centered care
Monitor resident health status and communicate updates with families and physicians
Assist with care planning, chart reviews, and clinical documentation
Support medication management and treatment oversight
Collaborate with caregivers, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
Assist with infection control, quality assurance, and wellness initiatives

QualificationsJob
Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Current certification as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Maryland. CPR/First Aid certification or ability to acquire prior to employment. Minimum two to three years of nursing experience. Knowledge and experience working with the senior community preferred. Ability to organize, supervise, delegate and provide leadership. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communications skills. Ability to perform simple arithmetic. Computer literacy; ability to document care given. Must have completed or be willing to complete educational requirements imposed by State regulations within the specified timeframe. Must present self in a professional manner, display genuine concern for elderly and tact in dealing with others.
