The RN utilizes the nursing process to facilitate patient care through assessments and diagnoses. They are responsible for formulating, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive patient care plans.
Candidates must hold at least an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a Florida Registered Nurse License. Required certifications include BLS and NIH Stroke Scale, along with English proficiency.

Under the direction of the director/ charge nurse, the RN utilizes the nursing process, facilitates patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis, formulates care plans based on the diagnosis and implements and evaluates the plan of care.
