We are actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team full-time or part-time. This role is essential to our mission, providing therapy, crisis support, and service coordination for mental health clients in a variety of settings. As a Licensed Therapist with Carolina Outreach, you will lead assessments, design therapeutic interventions, and collaborate closely with a team to deliver responsive, person-centered care that empowers clients to achieve their mental health and independent living goals. We are seeking a Full-time Licensed Outpatient Therapist to provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and their families or natural supports to assess strengths and needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver tailored therapy services. Clinical Assessments: Conduct initial Comprehensive Clinical Assessments to determine diagnoses and treatment needs. Recommend appropriate treatment modalities and evidence-based practices. Therapeutic Interventions: Provide individual and family therapy services directly, or facilitate referrals as necessary. Collaborate with clients and their families to assess strengths, identify needs, and set treatment goals. Assist families with planning, developing, and implementing treatment and ancillary services. Documentation and Review: Maintain accurate and timely records, including service notes, treatment plans, and assessment tools.
