SRX Home Care, LLC, under the Happier At Home brand, is seeking Entry Level In-Home Caregivers to join our compassionate team serving clients in Northeast Iowa. In this role, you will assist elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. This position is perfect for individuals new to caregiving who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.\nHelp with meal preparation and feeding when necessary.\nMaintain a safe and clean living environment by performing light housekeeping duties.\nOffer companionship and support emotional well-being.\nAssist with errands and transportation as required.\nAdhere to care plans and promptly report any changes to supervisors.\nMinimum of 1-2 years caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nCompassionate, reliable, and patient with a strong commitment to client care.\nEffective communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to follow instructions and work under supervision.\nMust pass background check and saliva drug test.\nReliable transportation and valid driver’s license \nFlexible schedule and employee referral bonus
