Description The Idaho Youth Ranch is one of the oldest non-profit agencies in the state of Idaho. Our mission: We unite for Idaho’s youth by providing accessible programs and services that nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

Successful candidates will have a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of our Residential Center for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) for youth at our beautiful 258-acre Hands of Promise Campus in Idaho’s Treasure Valley.

As an Administrative Assistant for our Residential Center for Healing & Resilience Wellness team, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by providing clerical, administrative and operational support for the residential program.

Our Administrative Assistant

Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner Supervises and evaluates children assigned to them through the youth employment program Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information Assists in the collection and completion of documentation need for regulatory visits including incident reporting

Must Haves

Possess a High School diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire

Preferred

Experience with quality assurance and risk management As a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
