Provide clerical, administrative, and operational support for the residential program, including greeting visitors and managing telephone calls. Responsibilities include maintaining confidential client records and assisting the Clinical Director with financial processes.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license. Experience in quality assurance and risk management is preferred.

Greets telephone callers and visitors in a friendly and helpful manner Supervises and evaluates children assigned to them through the youth employment program Maintains client records ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information Assists in the collection and completion of documentation need for regulatory visits including incident reporting
Possess a High School diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age Must have a valid, state-issued driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
Experience with quality assurance and risk management As a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
