The nurse is responsible for performing patient assessments, developing individualized plans of care, and administering treatments in a Med Surg/Tele Cardiac unit. Additionally, the role involves functioning as a charge nurse or preceptor and ensuring compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold a valid Maryland RN license or compact license and have at least one year of experience in med surg, cardiac, or telemetry nursing. Current CPR certification is required, with BSN preferred and PALS/ACLS certifications required within one year of employment.
