Provide spiritual care and counseling to hospice patients, families, and caregivers while coordinating with other spiritual resources. Document spiritual needs in patient charts and assist team members in dealing with grief.
Requires an ordained minister, priest, rabbi, or certified lay person with at least one year of experience in healthcare or death and dying. A graduate degree from an accredited seminary or school of theology is preferred.
Full Time Days 55-57k Responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients/families/caregivers, either directly or through the coordination of care with other spiritual counselors.
