Salary
$20 - $27 / HOUR
Provide community-based mental health interventions and psychosocial rehabilitation to children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include developing person-centered treatment plans, maintaining clinical documentation, and coordinating care between families and community resources.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Sociology. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and pass necessary background checks and health screenings.
Must pass a criminal background check (LSP), sex offender registry check, and TB test.
Valid Driver’s License, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance are required for community travel.
Must obtain/maintain CPR, First Aid, and LDH-approved basic clinical competency training. Preferred Skills Knowledge of DSM-V criteria and evidence-based interventions. Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills for professional documentation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends.
